How credits work
Initial review
The first credit (or credits, for longer documents) covers the complete risk analysis plus your first 9 follow-up questions — 10 interactions in total.
Continuing the conversation
Once you've used your initial 10 interactions, each subsequent block of 10 follow-up questions costs 1 further credit.
Document length
Short to mid-length contracts (up to ~10 pages) use 1 credit for the review. Longer documents use proportionally more — you'll always see the exact cost before you begin.

The credit cost is shown clearly in the confirmation screen before any review starts. You are never charged without knowing exactly what it will cost.

Do credits expire? No — credits never expire. Buy a pack now and use them whenever you need them, with no time pressure.
What counts as one interaction? The initial document review counts as interaction 1. Each follow-up question you ask about that document counts as one further interaction. Every 10 interactions uses 1 credit.
What if my document is very long? Longer documents (over ~10 pages) are broken into sections and require more processing. The credit cost is calculated automatically and shown to you before the review begins — you are always in control.
What payment methods are accepted? All major credit and debit cards are accepted via our secure payment provider.
Is there a subscription? No. This is purely pay-as-you-go. You only pay for the credits you buy — there are no recurring charges.
